Refund Policy

VTS Coaching Education Consultant is committed to providing high-quality educational services, including online and offline coaching classes, admission assistance for NIOS, DU SOL, IGNOU, and other universities. To maintain transparency and efficiency in our operations, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy. By enrolling in our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy on Fees & Refunds

• No Refund Policy: Fees paid for admissions, examinations, or any educational services are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Admission Cancellation: If a student cancels their admission, it will not be reconsidered, and the fee paid will not be refunded.
• Change of Mind: If a student changes their mind after making the payment and decides not to proceed with the admission (for NIOS, DU SOL, IGNOU, or any other institution), a refund will not be provided if their form has been filled, classes have started, or they have been granted access to study groups.
• 6-Hour Refund Window: If a refund request is made within 6 hours of payment, VTS Coaching Education Consultant reserves the right to deduct a 40% service charge and refund 60% of the amount paid.

2. Refund Policy for Study Materials & Other Services

• If VTS Coaching Education Consultant fails to provide the purchased products or services (such as notes, courses, or classes), the amount will be fully refunded.
• No Refund on Delivered Services: Once study materials (notes), admission forms, or coaching services have been provided, no refund or adjustment will be allowed under any circumstances.

3. Refund Request Process

• If you believe your case qualifies for a refund under the above policies, you must email our refund department at info@vtscoaching.com with the following details:
  1. Payment screenshot as proof of transaction.
  2. Reason for refund request with supporting details.
• The Refund Department will assess the request and determine whether it qualifies as a genuine refund case.
• If deemed valid, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 6 working days.

4. Hardcopy Notes & Practical File or other products

In case of hardcopy of notes, practical file, other products once we receive the returned item mvsfoundation will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
• Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
• mvsfoundation will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
• Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
• We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

4. Important Notes

• Refund eligibility is solely at the discretion of VTS Coaching Education Consultant’s Refund Department.
• Any dispute regarding refunds will be handled as per the policies mentioned above.
• By making a payment to VTS Coaching Education Consultant, you agree and accept these refund terms.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
